Series Packages & Gift Vouchers

Refunds are not available for change of mind. Series packages are non-refundable
and non-transferable and expire after 3 years. 

Gift Vouchers may be purchased in store, via email or over the phone and have a 3 year expiry, 
Cancelations within 12 hours of appointment or no shows will void Gift voucher. 
Gift vouchers with services may be exchanged for other services that are more suitable
to the same dollar value but are not redeemable for cash.
